 Today’s Program.

Jan introduced our speaker, Diana Esias who is Area Manager for First American Home Buyers Protection Corp and was on hand today to tell us about the insurance protection her company provides their customers for home systems and appliances.  Diana began by explaining how the insurance applies and what it covers.  This type of protection is administered by the Dept of Insurance regulations home warranty service and Diana explained coverage, rates and how this works.  She use the example of her boyfriend who recently purchase a home and by having this insurance he was a lot better off when the upstairs bathroom had a pipe failure and what he was able to get fixed through the insurance.  Diana provided a very comprehensive review of the advantage and limits that exist in this type of insurance.  Thanks to Jan for inviting Diana to provide us with this update.  This was a very informative and interesting presentation.
