Today’s Program: John Introduced James Vlahos to speak to us about a great project he is involved in.  James is a journalist and technical writer and he was with us today to tell us about the story of his father’s passing with cancel and how he and his family chose to make the most of the situation by recording his verbal history and incorporating some of the newer aspects of artificial intelligence technology to help create the recorded things his father passed along before he died.   It all sound so simple but when it come to the task of taking the recorded documents and applying technology that will allow us to usable form.  James has started a company named “Hear After.” James intends to do some pioneering steps to make the use of the collected data of his Father’s memories get turned into a useable form.   Today, there are various forms of A/I tools that we use but James new company will be tasted to automate many aspects of what they want to do with his father’s recorded history.  James spoke at length and in some detail of how he is going to conquer this task.

James did a great job of keeping our interest and providing information on possibilities.  Hope you were able to be with us today.

Sgt at Arms: Not on today.

Todays Raffle: Not done today:

Next week the pot will be $90.

Thought for the Day:   It is amazing how we can seriously consider how to record a persons memories and make them available to their heirs.
