Learn about why most of what we’ve been taught about grief is misguided, unhelpful and encourages the wrong coping strategies. Tina will share some personal experiences with grief, name ways to recognize unresolved grief in oneself and others, explain what the Grief Recovery Method is and how it helps grievers come to completion, and list the top 7 ways you can be a more supportive listener to those you care about who’ve experienced a loss.
