April 21, 2016 12:00 am Add to calendar Contra Costa ARC provides services, support and advocacy for over 1000 individuals every day at 13 agency locations and in hundreds of homes, businesses, and community setting throughout Contra Costa County.  Commercial Support Services in Richmond is one of those locations. CSS is a production center employing over 80 individuals with disabilities, providing job training, community employment and on-going career support.

Heather Houlihan has worked at CSS Richmond for over 20 years and is currently the Production Manager.  She looks forward to sharing with you how CSS and Contra Costa ARC are working to allow individuals with disabilities to reach their highest level of personal independence and self-sufficiency.
